What’s included in every experience?+
We keep it simple. We only do individual offers, including everything you actually need. No hidden fees, no fine print. In practice that means: getting to know each other and planning calls, timeline and location scouting, coverage for as long as your story takes, unlimited photos in the Momentsammler look, multiple backups and backup cameras, a private online gallery to share & download — and for film, your wedding film (usually 5–7 minutes) plus a gifted highlight trailer of around 60 seconds. Travel costs are already included. We want you to focus on your day, not logistics.
Do you travel?+
Absolutely. “Worldwide core memories” isn’t just a slogan — it’s our lifestyle. One-day and multi-day destination weddings are our thing: we’ve been part of couples’ stories in New York, Utah, Mallorca, Copenhagen, Paris, Venice, Tuscany and Greece. We do NOT charge any Travel costs, so no hidden surprises — just pack your bags and let’s create something unforgettable together.
What if we are camera shy?+
Trust us — almost everyone is! It’s normal if you are not used to standing in front of a camera everyday. But don’t worry! We create an atmosphere that feels like hanging out with friends, not a photoshoot. By the end of the day, you’ll forget we’re even there — and your photos will look full of life. So calm down now, there will be no awkward silence :D
How long will you be with us?+
As long as it takes to tell your story. Whether it’s a short elopement, a 10-hour celebration, or a multi-day destination wedding — we’re there from the first look until the last dance. We don’t rush, we don’t count hours, and we don’t disappear once the lights go down. If something beautiful happens — we capture it. That’s what it means to document memories that truly last.
How much do we invest?+
Our experiences start at €4,000. Most couples invest between €6,000 and €12,000 — depending on photo, film or both, and how long we’re with you. We’ll go through the exact scope on our first call — fully transparent.
How does the booking process work?+
Easy. You send us your date + location, and we’ll hop on a quick call to get to know each other. We clarify expectations and answer all your questions. If it feels right, you’ll get an offer that fits you perfectly, plus the contract. A deposit locks in your date — and you can split the rest into two or three installments. By the way: most couples book us around 12 months in advance, so for summer dates it’s worth reaching out early.

Do you do both photo & film?+
Yes! You can book us for both & that’s actually one of our biggest strengths — but you don’t have to book both. Everything comes from one creative team with one shared vision, so your photos and videos flow together seamlessly. Same vibe. Same energy. Same storytelling. A seamless collaborative approach that allows you to customize how your memories are told.
How many photos do we get?+
We never limit memories. You’ll always receive every meaningful moment we capture — all fully edited in our signature style. On average, that’s between 60–100 final photos per hour, carefully curated so every image feels intentional. You’ll receive a full story that balances beautiful detail shots, emotional candids, aesthetic moments and everything you didn’t even notice happening.
Can we meet before we book?+
Yes — and we’d actually prefer it! A wedding is something deeply personal, so we want to make sure we truly click. We can meet via video call or in person (coffee’s on us). You’ll get to know us, ask all your questions, and get a feeling for what it’s like to work together. This isn’t just about booking a service — it’s about starting something meaningful that will make your day even better.
What if the weather is bad?+
No worries — we’ve got you. Rain, wind, or storm — we always have backup plans and extra shoot days ready. Some of our favorite photos actually happened because of unexpected weather.
How far in advance should we book?+
Most couples book us around 12 months ahead, and popular summer dates (May–September) often go even earlier. We take on only a limited number of weddings each year, so every couple gets our full attention and nothing ever feels rushed. If you already have your date and venue, reach out as soon as you can to check availability — but last-minute inquiries are always welcome too.
